About the Service
MSS is proud to offer e-training for STCW Maritime Courses approved by the USCG National Maritime Center. Courses are offered online at the convenience of the trainee. MSS has partnered with Moxie Media to offer courses online utilizing an industry leading Learning Management System. Take courses on YOUR time, at YOUR pace, and at your convenience.

Registration
Registration is simple and easy and only takes about 5 minutes. Click the Register Now button on here in the course list or on the course page. After successfully filling out the registration form and paying the course fee, your instructor will email you a welcome packet with instructions on getting started, as well as all required course documentation.

Final Examination
USCG requires any course be given a final, in-person, proctored exam. Upon successful completion of the course, a student will be given an in-person live-proctored examination. MSS utilizes the National College Testing Association (NCTA) database to connect students with local examination proctors that meet the NCTA guidelines for testing. All testing fees are included in course costs. An MSS instructor will guide you on selecting an proctor and location. Proctors and testing cites are available in most major cities.
Accreditation
Outcome and Certification
Students who successfully complete the courses and the pass the final assessment will be issued a certificate to submit to USCG for issue of the endorsement on their Merchant Mariner Credential.
